If there are issues with accessing a Firefox account that has 2FA enabled then your only option is to create a new account with another email address. Unfortunately there is no workaround possible for security reasons.

If there are issues with accessing a Firefox account

Thankfully i am not locked out of Firefox. I was able to disable 2FA on account. But i can't create a new 2FA whilst there is a locked token linked to Firefox. Seeing as i can do all security measure requirements to confirm the account is mine and i still have full access to my account i need Mozilla to delete the 2FA token as whilst i have one locked on my account i am unable to create a new 2FA with my current telephone number. Obviously i don't wish to change telephone number. So is it possible to have the 2FA deleted by Mozilla?
