in my email accounts i had an account for gizmo60@y7mail.com than now does not work since update

before the last update the account gizmo60@y7mail.com worked perfectly but now it keeps telling my password for gizmo is wrong but i know it is not as i logged into gizmo60@gmail.com on my web page to check the mail as thunder bird would not work with gizmo 60 but i decided to change the password for gizmo 60 which made no difference to thunderbird it still would not accept the password or user name

Please add the troubleshooting information to your post To find the Troubleshooting information:

  • Choose Troubleshooting Information

I put thunderbird into safe mode useing your directions and then went to add a email account and it worked perfectly i have been trying to get the email account for ages last time tried was 15/7/2016 without success but fingers crossed it now is working perfectly thank you
