(Scrollbar) When I move the cursor all the way to the right - where the scrollbar is - it doesn't grab the scrollbar.

Of course I mean - when the window is full size or even full-screen. Instead - the result is a click on the empty portion of the bar - which moves me one screen down in the content of the window. So to grab the scrollbar - I need to move the cursor from the end of the screen\window ever so slightly to the left; about a Planck length distance to be exact. Can I change something so I'll grab the scrollbar in that way? I think it happened lately. I noticed it today. P.S. I had the same problem with the default scrollbar - a long time ago - so I use an add-on "NewScrollbars"; which fixed it; and now doesn't.

You can try to use a different GTK 3 theme in case the theme you currently use isn't working properly with the current Firefox release.

I don't know if I understand GTK enough - but do you mean in my OS? Because I changed the theme - and in the OS and programs - it changed that behavior - but in FF it didn't; so it seems that the FF scrollbar is autonomous.
