And does Firefox understand other touch screen actions, such as scrolling with your finger -- it's just that Firefox doesn't understand that the pen should do the same thing?

I actually haven't tried a Surface Pen myself, so hopefully another volunteer will have some insight on whether any settings changes might be needed to enable that function.

Yes pen is working on everything but only NOT SCROLLING!

And scrolling with your finger is working, but Firefox doesn't let the pen work like a finger?

Yes correct, the scrolling is working with finger touch but not with PEN!

its working but i cant turn this option OFF because this is why i bought Surface because i have to work with a pen ! and i cant switch OFF n ON for only firefox! in case the issue is not solved, I'll happy to use chrome or other brosers ( except firefox ) !
