I tried to download bbm messenger on play store it wouldnt work and they said in order to do that you have to download 3 games and I did once I found out it was no good I un installed the apps and from then ive been getting a lot of ads of free games and its hard to use the Internet because of this and also other apps like instagram.

hello, this is a support forum for the firefox browser. it sounds that you have downloaded a non-legit version of bbm that might be infested with adware and malware - however the issue you've raised doesn't seem related to firefox at all, so we cannot provide a solution for that...
