I keep getting porn popups, and when I close them they reappear. How do I stop this?

I've had the same porn site popping up on my computer for two days now. Even after I close the windows, they keep opening multiple windows to straight and gay webcams. I never went to this site, and don't want them popping up on my computer uninvited. How do I stop this?
