You are correct about that site not working (error msg. re: config.xml) with FlashPlayer 10.1. The site does work with FlashPlayer 10.0.45.2.
NOTE: If you did NOT update the FlashPlayer in IE, you still have the older version installed for IE (in IE, Tools > Manage Add-ons, change to "Show: All add-ons", scroll down, find "Adobe Flash Object", scroll right and look for version number). IE uses an ActiveX version which most other browsers do not use and IE needs to be updated separately. That could be the reason the site works in IE and not in Firefox and Chrome.
Do you have a copy of the FlashPlayer installer for version 10.0.45.2 on your computer? I always keep one or two prior versions just in case.
You may need to post on the Adobe FlashPlayer forum to see if they can resolve the problem or give you a link so that you can download version 10.0.45.2. Give them the link to this thread when you post there.

I'm in Windows 7 - IE, Firefox and Chrome all exhibit the same problem .... HELP!
