As long as you haven't compacted your folders recently (if you don't know what that means, you haven't), you can still recover your files that were in the Trash. Please follow the instructions in this article to do so: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Undelete_a_message#POP_account_.28mbox_files.29

If you need more help, feel free to ask.

It sounds like you may have accidentally emptied your trash folder. If so, the article about how to Undelete a message might be helpful.

If you have a POP account and need help finding your profile folder, see the article about Finding your profile. Instead of looking for the Inbox file, you'll want to find the file named Trash with no extension.

Thank you, but unfortunately the Trash folder was emptied. Is there anyway to recover? Thanks!
