Firefox is "Unable to connect" to any website (URL and IP's). What may be causing this.
"Firefox can't establish a connection to the server" at any URL, hard coded IP address (even within my own network).

This can be caused by a firewall blocking internet access to Firefox. See Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet. That link has a list of popular firewalls and how to configure them to work with Firefox.
