My folder not showing ( Thunderbird Application)
Troubleshooting Step:
1: I repaired inbox 2: Remove profile in thunderbird 3: Try different version of thunderbird application (56,68, 72) 4: Uninstall thunderbird application and then Install the thunderbird application 5: configure profile new system
But still user facing same issue after that open OWA web application removed the policy the again reconfigured the user profile in thunderbird application
Issue not resolve yet
Please help my issue

are you using the OWL addon to connect to what is obviously an exchange server? If so you need to contact their support for issues with the addon.
