I have been using Firefox, but recently had a "helper" in here getting me set up with a new keyboard/printing syctem.

Harry I have no idea of what you are asking.

I understand you had help in to fix a keyboard and printer.

After that nothing, Nov. 20th means nothing also.

Please expand on your issue and what is the out come you are looking for please.
