My postings to my subscribed mail list do not appear in my inbox
I thought we had this one figured out, but we don't. I belong to several mailing lists with databaseadvisors.com. The postings come through as email messages to the inboxes of the subscribers. My postings do not return to my inbox, although they are sent out by the mail list and they get responses from the other posters, so they are going to their inboxes. I want to see my own postings in the threads, but they do not appear. Please, why is this? How can I fix it? Thank you.

If you use a Gmail address for the mailing list, this may be a known issue - See here (-> here) and here. I don’t think they have a solution for this yet, or even call it a feature "to reduce clutter".
You could send a CC or BCC to yourself at each message or even create an outgoing filter ("Copy Message to" -> Inbox, After Sending) to accomplish this. I think that CC/BCC may appear in the same thread, at least in Thunderbird and possibly when using Gmail’s webmail, not when viewing the list in a group online.
Thank you, Tonnes, for responding. I am not using a Gmail account for these mail lists. I have been a member on these lists for many years, and this failure to have my postings appear is of recent vintage - within the past few months. I have been using Thunderbird all along, and I'm at the same email address through the very same provider for the same long time.
I can individually send a copy to myself, yes, but that is not how the mail list is supposed to work. Apparently, my posting does appear to my colleagues on the list, because they do respond to it - but, it does not appear in my inbox, although it used to. Threads used to include my input as well as input from others. Now, threads as they appear in my inbox, do not include my postings.
I appreciate any thoughts you may have for me.
Regards, TNF
