I don't have "help" under the menu
I keep getting the "script on this page may be busy" message. I'm supposed to click on the menu, then "help" or question mark. But there IS no "help" or question mark under the menu! What I have under menu is: new window, new private window, save page, print, history, full screen, find, options, add-on, developer, and synced tabs. NO "help." NO question marks! Is there any other way to get to "help"? My real question is, how do I get rid of the "script on this page may be busy" messages?

There is a general support article addressing potential solutions to this issue: Warning Unresponsive script - What it means and how to fix it.
Are you getting the dialog that lists an address? Long addresses have ... in the middle, but it still might be useful to make a note of it. For example:
- addresses starting with the name of the site usually are features/functions of the page
- addresses from other sites often (but not always) are advertising networks - using an ad blocking extension can help address issues with slow or dysfunctional ad network scripts
- addresses starting with chrome:// usually are part of Firefox or of an extension you installed - the Skype extension sometimes causes this problem, for example
Regarding Help:
- the "?" is on the bottom row of the graphical menu next to the "power" icon which exits Firefox; you access the graphical menu using the menu button with 3 horizontal bars (which some people called the hamburger)
- there is a Help menu on the classic menu bar, which is hidden by default; you can activate it temporarily by tapping the Alt key or the F10 function key
