I received a warning that Thunderbird mailbox is running out of data storage space, but can't find an answer to "How to add more MB to my mailbox", is it spam?
I do have 4544 messages on my mailbox! I use it like a filing cabinet. The warning I've received is from: no-reply@emailadministrator.com It has several spelling and grammatical errors, and it says:
"Your mailbox is running out of data storage and it might be closed soon, Kindly add more MB to your mailbox."
I am suspicious, as it's encouraging me to "Upgrade now" on a click box. Then it says:
"If you don't upgrade our mailbox, you will not receive more emails frequently Your mail will be closed Your important emails Inbox, Draft and Sent will be wiped away.
Note: Upgrade is free of charge, You will not be charged for the upgrade. © 2015 Email Administrator. All Rights Reversed."
Has anyone had a similar message? If it's spam, I just delete it . . . If it's not, how do I add more MB to my mailbox? I can't seem to find an answer to this specific question.
Many thanks Idunno

This message is not from Thunderbird. Thunderbird is not an email provider. There is no Thunderbird account to be closed.
