Snyc not working on new FF install
The IS dept at work deleted and reinstalled FF on my work PC at my request for an email client issue. When I logged into my FF Sync account and nothing would sync. I left it on overnight thinking it might do it then. When I got home there was a message on my home PC saying there was a problem with sync. I clicked on the button and it went to the sync preferences page on my home PC. All looked as I had set it long ago. All PC's have been running that latest versions of FF The next day at work there was nothing synced. I closed and opened FF waited and still nothing. The message on my home PC still appears. suggestions?? Thanks KLund1

Try to delete the signedInUser.json file in the Firefox profile folder and delete the Weave folder (Sync was formerly named Weave). If that isn't enough then delete the prefs.js files to reset all prefs and maybe also delete the compatibility.ini file to reinitialize the profile.
You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Preferences_not_saved

Could you post a Sync log to see if there is a problem?
You can check the about:sync-log page via the location/address bar to see if there are error logs available.
You can upload a recent log to this website if the log is too big to put in a reply.
Here is the latgest log. There are about 100 of these in the last few days since I first started with the new install. They are all almost exactly the same. Thanks for the quick reply!! KL
