One website will not load on any browser, will work on mobile phone
One website will not load on any browser (Firefox, IE, Chrome). Have turned off all security programs and firewalls, have tried in Safe Mode, will not load. It works on my smartphone. Can load the basic site, but not the sign-in page. Says Connected at the bottom of the page, but says Connecting at the top, and the little circle goes around counter clockwise; ran for one hour, still didn't load. It used to load, don't know if I did something or downloaded some program to make it stop.

Without being able to experiment with the site, I could only guess why it wasn't loading.
Some sites require information from your browser, such as your browser's self-description (user agent string), cookies the site previously set on your browser, and the referring page (the source of the link you clicked), or some combination of those.
At the system level, any content filtering/parental control type programs and the Windows hosts files would also be things to check.
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (MAC)
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry (History > Show All History or View > Sidebar > History) or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make a note of those passwords and bookmarks.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the affected files.
It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
Didn't understand how to reload the web pages, I can't get to the page in question. The page in question is eservice.ozarkawater.com (also tried eservice.polandspring.com, another of their sites). I tried to load the pages and did the bypass the cache bit, didn't work. I cleared the cache, didn't help. Don't which cookies to remove, didn't see any that had Ozarka or PolandSpring in the name. Couldn't find any history of the site to do the Forget About This Site bit. I can load the Ozarka Water main site, but can't get into the Log In site.

That site loads for me. According to validation information, it has 40 errors and 104 warnings, so the code could use some improvement.
You can try to access the website in a New Private Window.
What is a New Private Window?
I can't get into the site, so it doesn't show up in my History.
Hi rjgreer, you can launch a new private window using either:
- Ctrl+Shift+p
- orange Firefox button (or File menu) > New Private Window
I think the idea behind the suggestion is that any cookies you might have accumulated for the site before will be disregarded in the private window.
My suggestion about "New Private Window" was more about bypassing the disk cache, but cookies from normal mode are indeed disabled as well.
Same response as before, although the rotating circle in the upper left of the screen was green and rotated clockwise, if that makes any difference.
Anybody else have any ideas on this? I have tried everything that I could from the replies above. Thanks
