When I start Firefox 3.6.6 90% of the time it's frozen and I cannot click anywhere in the window BUT say if I restore my tabs and a youtube video is there, the youtube video WILL play and everything but I cannot click anywhere or do anything. This requires me restarting Firefox numerous times until I can finally use it. It is not a problem with my mouse as it only happens with Firefox. If necessary I will make a video of this problem showing in more detail.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== I updated to 3.6.6

Try creating a test profile at Managing Profiles to see if the problem persists. But before creating a test profile try Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to see if a addon or extension is causing it.

not sure if it was the same problem i had, but somehow i had the "conduit engine" addon installed. when i opened firefox, it would work for about 5s then freeze. i could open a subsequent firefox window and it would work fine. after i uninstalled the conduit engine addon, firefox works fine.
