Message looped only on Thunderbird

As in the topic: One message looped itself, and keep on coming in all time blocking other emails. I've already checked user and server settings and I've already contacted server administrators, I reset internet connection and contacted internet provider, I already checked on clean thunderbird that account and nothing changed the message keeps on looping and blocking other e-mails, although on other aplications and on website email is working correctly.
