Cant send emails

Hi Been using thunderbird for years with no issues. I use it on a number of machines but one has for some reason stopped me being able to send emails. I get emails, can search and do all other functions but it just will not send. When I try to send it just says: Are you sure you are ready to send this message? I assume it’s something to do with settings on the machine? I haven’t changed anything myself so unsure what to do. Can you help?

Restart Thunderbird with add ons disabled. You do this from the Help Menu or holding the Shift key while starting.

This does not sound like a normal response from Thunderbird but more like something from an add on like Check and Send.
