This is a new problem. When I get an attachment in an email, the download manager window opens but will not open OR save the file. I tried updating my Firefox to v. 10, but it did not solve the problem. I use Webmail and this is the first time I have had this problem. My ISP is Earthlink. Please help ASAP as I have several photos I need to save and I can't even see them!! I just went to my Download window and see that yesterday the last thing downloaded was: DownloadManager_Setup.exe 619 KB optimum-installer.com

I can't find this in my Contral Panel/Programs to get rid of it!! Is this causing my problem and what can I do about it?????

Fixed it myself!! Went into Tools/Add-Ons and got rid of Zoom Downloader! Voila!
