cannot load youtube and other streaming sites

After using CCleaner(now removed), I can no longer watch youtube via firefox. I can no longer read, delete or do anything in my hotmail account either. I DID get notification and did update for flashplayer today. I can no longer watch other video streaming sites on my bookmark, either. However, I have no problem via Explorer. I cannot log-in to my bank account either. Did I remove something I should not have?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
