Can't send e-mail

I am able to send one or two e-mails a day until I receive the error message:

An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: resomta-po-19v.sys.comcast.net resomta-po-19v.sys.comcast.net Excessive failed authentication, ESMTP server temporarily not available.

I can send and receive directly from Comcast (which is cumbersome) but not with Thunderbird. I have reset my password several times. Win 10, Thunderbird 78.6.0, Norton Antivirus (disabled), Below are my SMTP settings.

This is really driving me crazy and I need to fix it but no idea what to do.

In the User Name field, omit the @comcast.net part.
