I created folders under Local folder and moved the emails from my inbox yesterday. I am using Apple Desktop. Upon logging back, I couldn't find the folders created yesterday. Please help me to get back my folders and emails moved

I would suggest you start by rebuilding TB Gloda , or "Global Database" ... as per the instructions on this very helpful page: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/rebuilding-global-database
