my inbox emails are located in roaming folder rather than local folder. Should they be in local? How do I get them there?
I'm trying to use an mbox to pdf converter and it's not working. I'll ask another question regarding naming my emails with ".mbox" to convert them, but for now when I look for my:
inbox trash sent drafts etc.
they are all under: C:\Users\my directory\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\my profile\ImapMail\mobile.charter.net
Do I copy all of these folders/files to ?: C:\Users\my directory\AppData\Local\Thunderbird\Profiles/my profile (right now what's in there is: cache, cache2, offline cache, safebrowing, and startupcache
and then enter this as the new directory under my account settings?
Thank you in advance.

Your mail is in the mbox files in the ...\Roaming\...\mobile.charter.net folder and possibly in the ...\Roaming\...Mail\Local Folders folder; there is no need to move anything to another location.
There is an add-on that will export mail to pdf files: ImportExportTools

Thank you. I already moved those files to \local. Now when I try to move them back to \roaming i get an error message that says that path is not suitable?
Actually nevermind, I was able to get the path to go back to the roaming folder.
