Can't print, can't log in and not receiving emails from you

I started off being unable to print anything. Firefox says it can't find my printer (I paraphase). When I try to find any settings to check, I can't find them. The options that others have listed to resolve these things are options I can't find.

So, then I tried to log on th the Firefox site but can't, as I can't remember my password. hit the lost password option, key in my email address, it says email has been sent. Nothing received although other emails are arriving in my inbox. Check spam, waste bin and so on, but still no email to reset my password.

Wait an hour then go through the same process again. Still received no email after checking trash and spam as well as inbox. Don't have a separate folder for Firefox or Mozilla either.

Have had to create a second account to be able to post this message. I don't know where to turn or what to do next. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on please?
