I have just downloaded Thunderbird after agreeing to refresh my pc with Microsoft support, they guaranteed me that they had saved my emails and address book, it turns out they did not. The new down load is working very slowly especially when I move from one email to another, not all the emails on the server are marked as read so when I delead one that hasn't been marked as read by TB on my server it downloads again. I have a copy on my Iphone of all my addresses, I have sync it with iTunes but there are no addresses appearing in the TB address book. I tried uninstalling Thunderbird and re-installing it but the same installation appeared along with all the emails downloaded with the first installation. Can anyone help?
