I have a problem with an extra sidebar showing up on my home page and I want to remove it. So How Do I do It????

Hi, my session with a lot of open tabs has been lost due to a crash. In the profile folder, the recovery and previous files in the sessionstore-backups have been deleted. I tried to recover them using shadow explorer, but these files are corrupted, so I've had no success reading them. Is there a way to fix the corrupted files? Alternatively, because I've had sync enabled for open tabs, is there a log for past open tab synchronizations? If this was stored on the cloud, it may be possible to retrieve that table and restore the list of open tabs that way?

Over the past few weeks, tabs keep crashing several times a day. It happens most often on X, but this morning, a tab crashed while completing an online order (grrr). My computer is up to date, cookies, cache and history cleared regularly and today I "refreshed" Firefox. In less than an hour, tab crashed again. What is going on???

I have two recovery keys, how can i check which is the one set for my preferred installation of Firefox. One was for my en-CA install, the other for an en-US install made a week later due to an update glitch. I had to use my en-CA recovery key to recover my settings to the en-US install, which also made a new recovery key. I want to get rid of the spurious en-US install.
Now i don't know if that new recovery key replaced my en-CA install's key.
When I click on the icon on my desktop I get a Search bar but nothing else. Why can't I get my home page just as I used to?

How can I restore my old customised Firefox home page prior to this latest Firefox version update in the Windows PC desktop. There is no restore tab on the present home page. I have lost the old setups which I had customised with News, weatherof selectedcities, my stock portfoilo. etc. All I get is a default Firefox home page after the software update prior to ver 133.03
