i already said that i downloaded the latest version from the link you gave me - when that didn't work i uninstalled firefox and downloaded again from the link you gave me - i have the latest version - i ran the malware - we keep going over material i covered - that isn't solving my problem - and it doesn't help that i can't just hit reply to the email and have to go through this all over again

it's not working i ran malware which i had not run in 2 weeks usually it finds everything is ok but this time there were issues i took care of them box still there i downloaded firefox from the link you gave me that did not do it i uninstalled firefox and installed again from link you gave me box is still there and it gets in the way so i can't click on things and won't go away what is going on it looks like a legitimate firefox box
