Hello,

I am a representative of LivingPlay and am posting this response posted on http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/851104. To confirm, the only way that it is possible to receive and/or view our advertisements is after a user has expressly opted in to download our software in consideration for free casual game play. Users are given numerous opportunities to decline participation and can always uninstall the software at any time. Once the software is uninstalled, no ads will appear. To uninstall the software, simply follow the instructions available at the following page http://www.livingplay.com/Deactivate.lp or remove the software via your add/remove program utilities. Should you require any assistance with removal of the software, please contact our customer support department anytime at 855-851-0276 x1 or support@livingplay.com

This horrible program is an infection and everybody needs to know to never install this PC performance killer and spyware.

Your posting is a lie. I have followed the instructions. I no longer have living play in my add remove programs but I still get unwanted pop up. This bogs down my PC and I have to reboot several time a day after just a short time online.

I have called the number above and always get a recording. It says Im next then after holding it transfers me to a voice mail regardless of what ext I select. I have left messages with a call back number but don't get a reply. Good programs have an easy way to remove them but tricky programs like LivingPlay pretend they are legitimate and then clog up the PC.

I don't know who you are LPSupport but I have a feeling that you are the same person (or computer generated replier) as LPHugo on the support forum at Google support. Your replies are exactly the same.

I didn't even have an option to remove your program from my computer. It was not listed in the Add/Remove Program option. So I went to your site. FOUR TIMES I tried to e-mail you about the problem from your "contact us" selection and received a message each time that "the system is currently busy and unable to perform the requested action. Sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later.

Your reply also says to call 1-855-851-0276 anytime but when I did call I was told that I had reached your office out of business hours and to please call back between the hours of 11 am and 4pm Pacific Standard Time. So I guess I'll try after you're supposedly open and see if I get the same results as Virgil.

Yup. Same result as Virgil got. I was told to "press 1" so I did. I was put on hold for approximately 30 seconds and then a voice came on that said I was "first in line" and that my call would "be answered by the next available representative". After another 30 seconds I was transferred to voice mail.

Does anyone have any idea who to sic on these people? Perhaps the Better Business Bureau?
