Suddenly I can no longer upload pics & videos to websites like Shutterfly & Youtube. Have tried system restore several times, no help. It may have been a month since I previously uploaded anything.
I can't upload pictures (ie to Shutterfly) or videos (ie to You Tube). I have always been able to do this in the past. I have not changed anything (that I know of). I saw a similar question on this site which said to do a "system restore" I did this several times, the most recent back to 5/21. I don't know how to make my computer do it prior to this date as it doesn't seem to be an option. When I try to upload it says "upload failed due to unknown error" on You Tube and "we're sorry we cannot upload your files" from Shutterfly. I've tried these numerous times with different pictures and different videos. Help I'm not a techie and I don't know what to do with this problem. Thank you

note: I can upload a picture to Facebook and I can attach to Emails fine.
I used to use IE, but had a virus on my computer which I cleared out using MalWreBytes and once cleared my firewall setttings changed with IE, so I decided to use Firefox which I had previously installed. Now I cannot upload any pictures to photobucket and cannot upload any videos to YouTube. Just get an error from those websites 'failed due to unknown reason'. help -April
well, I was finally able to get my video uploaded on youtube, I went to help and checked for updates, which updated 6.3. Still couldn't upload but I used the option on the youtube upload screen to use the 'old uploader' and that worked. Maybe it will work for you too?
Cannot upload profice picture from my FaceBook photo album to my profile so I can view. Also, I cannot see other people's profile pictures any longer. What changed or did I do something on computer that blocks me from seeing profile pics?!
