Firefox crashes
Firefox not responding right after updating Malwarebytes - exited Firefox and now get crash reporter on starting FF. "There was a problem submitting your report" so Restart without sending report and get crash reporter again. Uninstall Firefox and re-install same thing. Restore computer to previous day still crash reporter. Same in Safe Mode. Same when running "crash reports submitted" Details of crash reporter say: AbortMessage: ###!!! ABORT: nds XPCJSContext failed to initialize.:file c:/builds/moz2_slave/m-esr52-w32- 000000...00/build/src/js/xpconnect/src/XPPCJ SContext.cpp, line 3474 and more

Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)
Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac
Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux

Look for, and rename any Mozilla or Firefox program folders by adding .old to them. Do not rename the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
Same result in Windows Safe Mode.

That made it all good in Window Safe mode, but not a regular startup so I removed that newly updated MalwareBytes program and it looks like I am back in the saddle. I am posting this from Firefox. Thank you.
