I have windows 10 and norton. When I download firefox all sites give me the improper certificate error. Is there any fix?

I have removed FF56 and installed FF57, and when I open FF57 I immediately see the error message below and I can't open any website. If I open FF 57, I will see the following message: Your connection is not secured

The owner of www.mozilla.org has not configured his or her website correctly. To protect your data from theft, Firefox has not connected to this website.

I reinstalled FF, re-started the Mac, tried to install the previous version with Timemachine. Nothing works.

• https://www.apple.com/
• https://www.google.com/

On any of those sites, please click the "Advanced" button. This should display more detailed information which will help point toward the source of the problem. The ERROR_CODE users encounter most often is covered by this article:
