Please note that 3.6.17 is an old, unsupported version with known security flaws. The latest version of Firefox 3.6 is version 3.6.23, which you can download here: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all-older.html

If you still want to download Firefox 3.6.17, you can find it at ftp://archive.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/
