La pestaña de preferencias (opciones) no abre
Hola y gracias desde ya a todos los que puedan ayudarme.
Estoy intentando acceder a las preferencias (opciones) del Thunderbird pero se queda en blanco, no carga y después de un rato (bastante largo) ale el mensaje de que el Thunderbird tiene un problema y debe cerrarse (el contenido del informe generado, lo copio al pie de este mensaje).
Ya he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar el Thunderbird. Antes de desinstalar hice una copia de mi perfil y despues de reinstalar, con el administrador de perfiles indico donde está mi perfil.
Pero no ha servido de nada, sigue pasando lo mismo: Imposible abrir las preferencias.
Pareciera ser que hay algún problema con el archivo de las preferencias.
A alguién se le ocurre qué puedo hacer?

Lo acabo de solucionar: Entré en "Add-ons y themes", ahí eliminé el Add-on "Spanish Language pack". Lo tengo desde hace bastante tiempo. Imagino que no es compatible con la version actual del Thunderbird. Después de eliminarlo, reinicié el Thunderbird y todo volvió a la normalidad.
