I sent a note to you earlier.Yesterday your website popped up and suggested that I upgrade with Mozilla Firefox. I tried to do it but it didn't work. Now, when I click - on new tab - a different website shows up but never the one I'm looking for. I need to have it go back to the way it was where my recent and normal websites I use come up across the board on the page so I can immediately click on them.Sometimes I get a blank white page or one of my sites but that does not help.

Can someone call me to help fix this. I paid a friend to work on it but he cannot fix it. This is costing me time and money. Please help. Call me at Steve Imhoff I ... or my cell phone ...

Or reply to my email ...

I thank you in advance for helping me. Steve

Hi, the issue is you got fooled by some malware I would think. As no web page pops up ever. Maybe a small one but ,,,

So where ever you sent the message was not here to support.

Please use more than 1 scanner as each uses diff tech :

Save your Report and google each before deleting anything as do not want to delete something you need, If need help :

Uninstall any Bittorrent apps, uninstall cracked programs and delete cracks then Post in only 1 forum, then wait.

Do not bother with below until scanned and fixed :

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
