How can I print out a copy of an email I send on Windows

I use Windows to receive and send emails. While I can bring up emails I sent on Thunderbird I cannot bring up copies of emails I have sent to allow me to print a copy

I can bring up emails I sent on Thunderbird
and then you say
I cannot bring up copies of emails I have sent to allow me to print a copy
