Thanks Matt but that does not work yes it deletes it from that email but not the address book (or whatever) for it is still there if I type it in again I need to get rid of it for good and from the records Thanks Dennis

I assume you are asking about contact suggestions when typing in an outgoing message address field. Using "Whatever you call it" is a little vague. All suggestions come from your address books. You have at least 2 by default. Find the contact and delete or correct it.

hit the solved button by mistake does not work,, I tried deleting it with the delete button but it always come back and yes we are talking about the suggested addresses please I have some I need to remove for they have changed etc Thanks Dennis

As I said before find them in the address book and delete them.
