how do i stop pop ups on my mobile phone??? i think when asked about pop ups i said always allow when I meant never. can you help plzzz???

When you say "always allow" popups, then Firefox will always allow popups only for that web site. (For other sites, it will still ask permission before opening pop-ups.)
To undo your choice, visit the same site again and click on the site's icon in the address bar (or press your phone's menu button and choose "Site Options"), then tap on "Clear Site Preferences: popups" in the site options menu.
