Firefox will not load any websites and gives me the "server not found" page. I have tried everything that had to do with the proxy and firewalls that the firefox website has on the troubleshooting page that deals with this issue. I really need to use firefox, but nothing I have tried helps. Does anyone have any suggestions or any different ideas?

Do this problem occurs only in Firefox? Have you tried other browser on your PC and it reply's same problem? If other browser also shows same problem, then the problem must be in your internet connection. And if it only happens in firefox. try refreshing your browers:

Firefox Refresh

Hope it solves your problem. thank you

The only problem with Firefox Restart that I have is that Firefox won't even load the page for it. I can get it on my other browsers, but I obviously need to access it on firefox.

How to reset Firefox if you can't access the Troubleshooting page (WARNING: All of your bookmarks and customizations will be deleted):

(make sure that Firefox is closed before you do this)

1. Press the Windows key+R on your keyboard. This will open the Run dialog. 2. Open the Firefox Profile Manager. Type firefox.exe -p into the Run dialog and click the "OK" button. 3. In the Firefox Profile Manager, click the "Create Profile" button. The Create Profile Wizard should open. 4. Create the profile. Click "Next" then "Finish". 5. Select the new profile and click "Start Firefox".

If resetting Firefox doesn't solve the problem, just let me know and I'll give you instructions on how to restore your old one.
