Why did your upgrade totally mess my computer up?

I avoided upgrading as long as possibly in anticipation of problems, but I use you tube and it's threatening me now. Sure enough your upgrade was so bad it almost disabled my entire computer. Slowed to 'glacier' pace in speed and was impossible to use my Word office program, even with Firefox closed, and after restarts. I had to go back 24 hours and reset so I could continue my work. I'm using Windows 7. I liked Firefox just the way it was. This is as bad as the new health care law... no options but to upgrade, lose out and suffer. I guess I will have to give your program up.

Your UserAgent string in Firefox is messed up by another program that you installed. It says that you are using Firefox 3.6.24 .
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_Agent

type about:config in the URL bar and hit Enter
If you see the warning, you can confirm that you want to access that page.
Filter = general.useragent.
Right-click the preferences that are bold, one line at a time, and select Reset.
Then restart Firefox

I installed Firefox and now my computer has slowed down. I can't use Internet Explorer anymore and that happened right after the installation of Firefox. I also got Pop Up ads and anti virus software that I did not want, it came with the download!

How do I completely get your product off of my computer? I did not expect the loading of Firefox to totally slow down my computer and screw up anything I try to run on Internet Explorer YIKES! Anyone else run into this?
