Any website that charges for Firefox support is a scam and not associated with Mozilla in anyway. Please contact your credit card company and inform them of the fraudulent charge, and run malware scanners on your computer. The following articles can help you:

hello, this company is not connected to mozilla in any way so it's not possible to tell how trustworthy this third-party is - the official mozilla support site is located at support.mozilla.org, doesn't offer phone support and will never charge for anything.
This is a scam!
If you gave any credit card information away, contact your credit card company immediately.
If you are charged/harassed, via phone, contact the authorities and/or your phone provider.
Based on the experience of someone I know, you may have been prompted to change some passwords on one or more accounts, such as email accounts, your Windows password, or your wireless router password. These phone support companies are trying to solve problems quickly and not paying a whole lot of attention to password quality or possibly the security of their own records. Therefore, it's a good idea to review those passwords again and change any you shared with the company or saw the company changing.
