Search page displays what i look for, when i click on my choice i get redirected everytime.
When ever i do a search for anything, the results page comes up, I select from the list what I want and after clicking on it I get redirected to another search web sight like yellow pages etc.
Can I stop this from happening?

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
