Hi

That suggests that you already have it bookmarked in Firefox.

Hi Seburo. Thank you for your response. However, my problem is that next to "Bookmarks" there is only "Edit", which enables us to edit existing bookmarks. I cannot find an "Add" button anywhere (On a tablet.) Where is the Add button?

Delving further, I find that clicking the menu icon (Three dots on top right-hand corner) on your response, there is Add alongside Bookmarks. So some webpages do have Add, whereas others do not. The question becomes - why do some pages have the Add facility but others do not?

As I haven't had a problem bookmarking any page so far, could you share a link to a page you are having trouble with?

newday.co.uk/my amazon is one site that has only "*Bookmarks *Edit", with no "Add" option. Hope this is the same when you open it. This is not the only one I have had a problem bookmarking, although it only happens with a few sites.

Saburo - many thanks for your help. Your suggestion was indeed the reason for there being no "Add" option, and is the answer to my problem.

ervin.jelvos.9 - thank you for making the effort to reply. However, the article you cut/pasted fails to mention that there may be no "Add" option, for the reason explained by Seburo.
