Royal Games has tournaments where you have three or four chances to improve your score, then you're rated by your top score. For the last month, when I play a tournament for the first time, at the end of the game it says I have used all my chances to improve my score. I have cleared my cache, re-installed Adobe Flash. I do not have that problem when I use Microsoft Edge. I cannot play at all using Chrome because it keeps telling me to install Adobe Flash, which, as I said, is already installed. Is the problem with Firefox or with Royal Games? I don't know what else to do.

Did you also Remove Cookies?

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Thank you. Clearing my cookies seemed to help. I only tried playing once, but it worked perfectly that one time. Thank you again.
