I have recently on tried numerous occasions to log onto my bank account and I get this website is not safe etc etc etc. Its obviously safe on my Norton websafe check although why I even bothered with that I dont know. I can get onto it with Google Chrome with no problems at all, so why is firefox not working

Well, they have certificate issued by Symantec, and since version 60 Mozilla (and Google) won't trust some Symantec certs. In v 59 they may have a warning.

So since v 60 you won't be able to login to this site. Actually using any other browser too (chromium-based, i'm not sure about IE/Edge).

Thanks for your reply TyDraniu How ridiculous is that, Mozilla wont let me log onto my own bank!!

Is there any way of getting Mozilla into the real world then, whats the point in using them at all if they wont let me do one of the most important things I have to do a few times a month. Dont these idiots realise the internet is for more than Facebook and twitter and hmmmmmm.........

Today I'm able to get into this page and cert is quite new (should not be deprecated yet). They have a long time to update their cert before it'll be distrusted.

Sorry mate, that really means nothing to me, I'm just an average bloke trying to log onto my bank website. Are mozilla just a load of boys showing off what they can do with computers because thats the impression I'm getting. Google chrome logs on in an instant.

AFAIK FF59.0.1 is the release using anyting like FF60 is beta and not be used. So if the OP is FF60 then first would be go back to the Latest Release and try again. Also a screen of the actually error would help to know what it is saying. When I get home I try that link in FF59.0.1x64 to see what it does for me as at work they forced use to use Chrome only.

The Beta channel builds is not nearly as unstable as you may think so please stop telling people they should not use or try them.

This is a forum where replies on forums can take minutes to hours or longer as it is not a one on one or instant chat.
