Hi, this is one way: Click on More in the toolbar > Print, and select Microsoft XPS Document Writer. When prompted for the save location, replace the asterisk in *.xps with a title of your choice such as email.xps, and save to your memory stick.

You could instead, take a screenshot using an add-on such as https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nimbus-screenshot/

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!

Dear Scribe.

I have had no luck with your either of your suggestions

because firstly I can't find the word "more" in the toolbar and secondly after downloading the screenshot add on I could not find where it was in the address bar to activate it. The browser that I'm using is Fire fox, many thanks,

Regards,

Mik.

You should see 'More' on the Yahoo toolbar when you have an open email. You could instead use the Firefox 'Print' button which if you can't see it, is probably in the 3-bar menu. The Nimbus screenshot button is likely in there too. If you like, you can click 'Customize' and drag the buttons to a toolbar - Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars
