Thunderbird has download the same email about 50 times since 4.16PM yesterday. No other emails have been downloaded since and I know there are plenty.
Thunderbird had stopped downloading my emails. I keep getting one email as at 4.16 pm yesterday multiple time everytime I go in to thunderbird. I know there are plenty of other emails since then as they have come up on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still have the same problem.

Go to your email provider's website, log in to your email account and deal with the troublesome message there.

Thanks. I went into Webmail and delete the troublesome email and all my new emails came through in Thunderbird.
