Since installing Windows 10, I cannot purchase on eBay through Firefox, but I can through IE. Is it possible W 10 changed Firefox settings? Regards Adam Price

This problem started after I upgraded to Windows 10. When I log on to eBay through Firefox to make a purchase and enter my card details, the Paypal checkout page has a popup that tells me that my details are incorrect and will not complete the transaction. But, if I log on to eBay through Internet Explorer, the transaction completes successfully. Is it possible Windows 10 has changed Firefox settings or preferences.

Regards Adam.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Thanks FredMcD. Opened firefox in safe mode, tried to purchase again but the same result, incorrect details. I have rung both eBay and Paypal several times and they each say it's the others fault.

Hi, try deleting all references to Paypal and Ebay, as shown under the heading 'How do I remove a single website from my history?' in this article - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox, then try the site again.
