When I start typing an address into the address bar, Mozilla provides a handy drop down list of suggestions - sites I visit frequently. Recently, this feature stops working. The list appears but when I click on the site I want, it goes to search for the partial address that I've typed.

Hi DBaerg,

Try to temporarily disable your extensions/plugins and addons to see if its one of them affecting the functionality.

The auto complete feature can be toggled as well: Select 'Options' > 'Privacy' under "Location Bar" use the drop down to select what should autocompete in the awesome bar.

You can check for issues caused by plugins and set all plugins to "Ask to Activate" on the "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins" page (plugins are not affected by Firefox Safe Mode)
