TREND MICRO PASSWORD MANAGER

more options

Moz:lla

I want to "install my own, Trend Micro password manager" on MY BROWSER. I happen to have a preference to Trend Micro products! I do NOT want to use your password manager! I have used your browser for a very long time , and on many products, now I may have to delete you from all products because you will not allow me to download and use MY OWN preference of a password manager! If this is the case let ALL OF US KNOW that, in plain english! I, along with many others, are wasting our time on setups if we can not use our own preferences!

I do not need to add an image because you know what it is I am talking about! ' I would appreciate an an answer fro you Mozilla! vfmorton

Hi vfmorton, how are you installing the Trend Micro Password Manager extension into your Firefox? Or what steps are you taking that are not working for you?

I assume you already got the main install from https://pwm.trendmicro.com/

Do they tell you the next step to install in your browsers?

Around Firefox 73, Firefox stopped automatically installing any extension that programs add to the Windows registry. Software publishers need to offer another option for installation, such as a direct download, or a method to push the extension over to Firefox.

Or as a fallback, you can find the extension's ".xpi " file on disk and add it yourself. That is the workaround for Acrobat, for example: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1290339
